Bangladesh Betting Platform

1Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the eg22 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at eg22.io and any of its sub-domains or related URLs.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created upon successful completion of the eg22 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player by eg22 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on any product offered by the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in BDT.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by eg22 before processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion at any time.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined in Section 10 of these Terms as grounds for account suspension or termination.

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account or placing any Wager on the eg22 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the eg22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all Players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and eg22. eg22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility

To register and use the eg22 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eg22 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will suspend any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when placing Wagers or managing Account funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of eg22 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the eg22 Platform for any reason.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

eg22 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the eg22 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If eg22 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, eg22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds held within them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify eg22 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. eg22 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any Wager or transaction placed using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact eg22 support immediately.

5Deposits & Payments

All deposits to the eg22 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. eg22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other approved methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. eg22 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges for which eg22 accepts no responsibility.

• All funds deposited must belong to you personally. eg22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder may be declined or held pending verification.
• eg22 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made to a self-excluded Account will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs incurred by eg22.

eg22 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols on all payment processing interfaces. However, eg22 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending.

eg22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within any 7-day period. Such requests may require additional identity documentation before they are approved. This is a fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the requesting Player.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not completed the wagering cycle will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• eg22 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per calendar week at its discretion.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account require enhanced verification and management approval.

7Bonuses & Promotions

eg22 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal offers around events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. eg22 does not accept requests to waive or reduce wagering requirements under any circumstances.

• A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• Bets placed on markets with odds below the stated minimum threshold will not contribute towards wagering requirement completion.
• eg22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reclaim associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated bonus expiry period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

8Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on eg22 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type. General betting rules applicable to all markets are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the Wager is confirmed. eg22 reserves the right to correct palpable errors in pricing immediately after they are identified, with affected bets voided at the incorrect price and re-offered at the correct market price.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. eg22 accepts no liability for delays in live data that may affect in-play pricing.
• eg22 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or decline Wagers at its sole discretion, including in respect of individual Players.
• Match results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body (BPL board, ICC, FIFA, etc.). Results declared by media outlets or unofficial sources are not binding on eg22.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the result was determined before the interruption in accordance with the relevant sport's governing rules.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at eg22's discretion.

Cricket-specific rules, including those applicable to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the eg22 help centre and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9Casino Games

eg22's casino products, including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and specialty games, are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by the respective studio. All games offered on the eg22 Platform use independently verified and certified random number generation software.

eg22 acts as an intermediary between the Player and the game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the stake returned at eg22's discretion, subject to review of the relevant game logs from the studio provider.

• Jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment and may require additional KYC documentation.
• eg22 reserves the right to void any winnings that arise from a demonstrable technical error producing results that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Live casino streaming quality is dependent on the Player's internet connection. eg22 is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Player's own connectivity.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg22 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, access account features, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a systematic or commercially motivated manner (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting).
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker formats.
• Accessing the Platform using technical means designed to obscure your identity, location, or device identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards eg22 staff or other users of the Platform.

11Responsible Gaming

eg22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered Players and take effect immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from within your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits to control the amount of time spent on the Platform in any single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected].

12Intellectual Property

All content on the eg22 Platform, including but not limited to the eg22 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game artwork, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of eg22 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of eg22.

Game assets, studio branding, and game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence to use any intellectual property beyond the right to access the Platform for personal recreational purposes.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from Platform downtime, data loss, delayed transactions, or decisions made on the basis of information published on the Platform.

eg22's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eg22 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

14Privacy & Data

eg22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eg22 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection agreements.

15Amendments to These Terms

eg22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. In cases of significant change, eg22 may also notify Players by email to the address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

16Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. eg22 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Nothing in this clause limits eg22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of fraud.
